Beavers are the largest rodent in North America. These semi-aquatic animals are known to be beneficial as well as a major nuisance to the environment.
These animals will build dams out of wood, mud, rocks and anything else they can find to stop up creeks or streams to allow flooding over there lodges to keep them from freezing in winter months.
When their dams up an area, it allows a make shift pond which invites ducks and other wildlife to inhabit the area but can also ruin peoples properties or trees. Beavers have a thick layer of fat that is located under the skin which insulates them during the cold weather.
They usually mate for life having there kits stay with them for up to 2 years. With beavers mainly being active at night, they can cut down valuable timber or flood areas and leave the home or business owner unaware until the damage is already done. Our critter control will safely take care of the animals invading your property.
